Our Guarantee
All our vinyl records are graded using the Record Collector grading system. We try to grade accurately and honestly - however, should a customer dispute our grading, the item can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
All our vinyl records are cleaned prior to shipping using a Loricraft PRC3 cleaning machine (see under 'Record Cleaning'), to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition.

Our Shipping Procedure
If payment is made by credit card, debit card or Paypal, goods are normally shipped within 1 working day of receiving confirmation.  If payment is made by cheque/IMO or cash, Taurus Vinyl keep items reserved for up to one month, after which time the order is cancelled if no payment has been received.

Goods Not Received
Taurus Vinyl retain proof of all items purchased.  All items are sent by recorded delivery, which insures the contents up to a value of £41.
Taurus Vinyl can claim back the value of any goods lost, up to the 'standard amount ' above, and thus credit the customer with this amount for lost items. If you wish to insure your purchase for an amount higher than the 'standard amount ', please contact us to arrange for this. This may well incur additional costs.

Returns Policy
We offer a 'no quibble' guarantee that if a customer is not completely satisfied, we will accept the product for return, up to one month after purchase, for an exchange or a full refund (including initial postage).

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons:-  firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, by subscribing to our mailing list. We will not pass your e-mail address to any third party, under any circumstances whatsoever.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:-

•  Credit/Debit Card Details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, which conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998. 

We use tracking technology to track your activity on the site, but only in order to complete the order process, and maintain your 'shopping basket'. This includes using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used by us to identify you, unless you modify your browser settings. However, disabling cookies will prevent you from completing the order process on our site.
